In a night filled with elegance, recognition, and renewed purpose, the Palm Beach County Sheree Davis Cunningham Black Women Lawyers Association (SDCBWLA) marked its fifth anniversary by installing a new board of directors and honoring trailblazers in the legal community during its Purple Gala on September 20 at Frenchman’s Reserve in Palm Beach Gardens.

“This milestone is more than a celebration — it is a renewal of our mission to uplift, support, and empower Black women lawyers in Palm Beach County and beyond,” said new President Josephine Samantha Vacciana. “We are honored to lead this organization into its next chapter, Rooted in Legacy, Leading with Purpose.”
