A procedural rule change to provide guidance on remote court proceedings has been approved by the Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration Committee.

The rule will now be reviewed by the Bar Board of Governors and then go to the Supreme Court.

The committee had reservations about the final draft at its June 11 meeting during the Bar’s Annual Convention and sent it back to a subcommittee for tweaking.
