Navigation Richardson joins other Fellows of the American College of Trial Lawyers to present trial advocacy program in Poland
Scott Richardson, right, of the Law Office of Scott N. Richardson in West Palm Beach recently met in Warsaw, Poland, with other Fellows of the American College of Trial Lawyers to participate in a trial advocacy program in conjunction with the Warsaw Bar Association. The American College of Trial Lawyers organized the program which invited young lawyers and bar trainees to participate. Each day began with a short lecture and discussion by ACTL faculty members, followed by small groups with each participant presenting a cross examination and closing argument based on a Polish criminal case, translated into English. Also pictured are Cynthia Grimes of San Antonio, Brent Gurney of Washington, D.C., Nancy Hollander of Albuquerque, Knut Johnson of San Diego, and Thomas Pope of Newberry, SC. The Teaching Abroad Subcommittee of the International Committee of the College organized the program.
