Navigation Reworked parental kidnapping bill moves in the House

A revised version of a bill that would give parental kidnapping victims the right to sue for damages is heading to the House floor.
The House Judiciary Committee voted 20-0 Thursday to approve HB 1385 by Rep. Wallace Aristide, a South Florida Democrat.
