The Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration Committee, in compliance with Florida Rule of General Application and Judicial Administration 2.140(b)(2), invite comments on proposed Rule 2.540 Requests for Accommodations by Persons with Disabilities. Interested persons have until January 1, 2025, to submit any comments, electronically, to Judge Santo DiGangi, chair of the Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration Committee and to Bar attorney liaison, Kelly Smith, at ksmith@floridabar.org.

Within subdivision (c)(1), clarifies that notices include court orders or other notices and includes a summons.
