The Program Evaluation Committee of the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar publishes this notice of intent to consider amendments to Standing Board Policy 1.20(d) at its May 20, 2021, meeting in Duck Key.  The amendments process is governed by Standing Board Policy 1.60. If approved by the committee, these amendments must still be reviewed by the Board of Governors, with further notice and opportunity to be heard, before they are officially approved and become effective.
