Navigation Proposed Amendments to Rule 3.390 (Jury Instructions)
The Criminal Procedure Rules Committee in compliance with Florida Rule of General Application and Judicial Administration 2.140(b)(2), invite comments on the proposed rule amendments. Interested persons have until December 5, 2025, to submit any comments, electronically, to Katelyn Johnston, Chair of the Criminal Procedure Rules Committee and Viletta Coombs, Bar Staff Liaison, at rules@floridabar.org.
In subdivision (a), changes the reference to the website where the criminal jury instructions are published from the court’s website to the Bar’s website.
