While winning cases is important, establishing great relationships with other lawyers is just as important, Gerald Kornreich told these attending the recent “Pro Bono, Professionalism, and Public Service” presentation at the Miami Dade Bar’s Miami Law Con.

Kornreich, who has been practicing family law for more than 45 years, said relationships make a difference as a litigator and instead of spending your professional career constantly fighting with other lawyers, it’s better to move forward with professionalism and civility.

The Miami Law Con is the reimagined Bench & Bar Conference and featured speakers who shared their insights about the importance of giving back to the community, and also included Judge Zachary James, Judge Julie Harris Nelson, Robert Josefsberg, Amber Kornreich, Paul Lipton, and moderator Karen Ladis.
