With the launch of a major video campaign, and the focus of the next Bar president, the Pro Bono Legal Services Committee is about to enjoy a much higher profile.

Moments after the committee convened for Winter Meeting on January 28, President-elect Gary Lesser told the panel he intends to heavily promote its work when he assumes office in June.

Doing so will encourage pro bono service and remind the public of the thousands of community service hours that lawyers donate every year, Lesser said.
