Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10(b), Willishia Brenay Plant has petitioned the Supreme Court of Florida for Bar reinstatement.

Plant was suspended from the practice of law for a period of 180 days by order of the Supreme Court of Florida dated August 8, 2024, for violation of Rules 3-7.1(f) (Notice to Law Firms); 4-1.2(c) (Limitation of Objectives and Scope of Representation); 4-1.3 (Diligence); 4-1.4 (Communication); and 4-8.4(c) (Misconduct Involving Dishonesty, Fraud, Deceit, or Misrepresentation) of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
