PEC passes on YLD’s call for mental health and diversity CLE component

A pending Board of Governors’ decision to remove an archaic reference to “mental illness” in a Bar policy could have gone further, but the YLD will continue campaigning to destigmatize mental health and promote diversity, said YLD President Adam White.

At a December 4 board meeting, Program Evaluation Committee Chair Brian Burgoon presented on first reading proposed amendments to BLSE Policy 5.09 CLER Components Approval Guidelines.
