After an extensive review, the Program Evaluation Committee is recommending a series of changes to the Foreign Legal Consultants Program.

Conducted by a PEC subcommittee chaired by board member Hilary Creary, the review was presented for informational purposes to the Board of Governors at a May 20 meeting on Duck Key. It made five recommendations to address an application backlog, most to modernize the process, PEC Chair Brian Burgoon told the board.
