Navigation Nominating petitions sought for two Board of Governors vacancies
Executive Director Joshua E. Doyle has announced two vacancies on the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar due to the resignations of Fourth Circuit board member Michael Fox Orr and 17th Circuit board member Hilary Creary. Both board positions are for the remainder of two-year terms.
The offices commence on June 27, 2025, and end June 19, 2026, or until a successor is elected and qualifies.
Pursuant to Rule 2-3.9, nominating petitions for the vacancy must be filed with the office of the Executive Director on or before 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 31, 2024. Election ballots will be distributed on or before March 1, 2025 and completed ballots must be received by 11:59 p.m. on March 17, 2025.
