Navigation Nominating petitions sought for out of state Board of Governors vacancy
Executive Director Joshua E. Doyle has announced a vacancy on the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar due to the resignation of out of state board member Ian M. Comisky. Comisky was finishing out a two-year term on the board.
The office commences on June 11, 2021, and continues for a term ending June 25, 2022, or until a successor is elected and qualifies.
Pursuant to Rule 2-3.9, nominating petitions for the vacancy must be filed with the office of the Executive Director on or before 5 p.m., Friday, February 12, 2021. Election ballots will be emailed or mailed on or before Monday, March 1, 2021, and voted ballots must be received prior to midnight, March 22, 2021.
