Attention Florida lawyers: The Florida Bar is launching a new process making it easier for CLE delinquent members to apply for reinstatement through the Member Portal.

“Legal Specialization and Education department is implementing an online process for members to complete the Petition for Removal of Delinquency and pay the fee through the Member Portal after completing and posting the required course credits,” said LSE Director Maritza McGill.
