Measures would shield appellate court clerks and Judicial Qualifications Commission employees
Sen. Darryl Rouson
Sen. Darryl Rouson, a St. Petersburg attorney, wants to protect appellate court clerks and Judicial Qualifications Commission employees from threats and harassment by shielding their personal identifying information from public view.
Rouson filed SB 302 and SB 300, which would exempt such things as the addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, photographs, and places of employment of JQC employees, and appellate court clerks, respectively, from public records laws.
