A House panel has approved yet another “tort reform” proposal, this one with a unique Florida twist.

The House Civil Justice Subcommittee voted 16-1 on March 9 to approve HB 839, “Spaceflight Entity Liability,” by Rep. Tyler Sirois, R-Merritt Island.
