A Northeast Florida attorney lawmaker is reviving a proposal, backed by the Animal Law Section, that would authorize “courtroom animal advocates.”
Sen. Jennifer Bradley, R-Orange Park, filed SB 1006 on February 21. The measure faces hearings in the Judiciary, Criminal Justice, and Rules committees.
