The Legislature has signed off on “Greyson’s Law,” a bill that would permit judges to consider an ex-partner’s threats when deciding custody and child visitation.
The House voted 117-0 on April 19 to approve SB 130 by Sen. Lori Berman, D-Boynton Beach.
