A signature from Gov. Ron DeSantis is all that remains for a measure providing Florida’s Court Clerks and Comptrollers access to an additional $31.2 million that would otherwise flow to the state’s general revenue fund.

Last week, both chambers of the Legislature stood unanimously in favor of legislation aimed at diversifying clerk revenues, supporting staffing needs, and accounting for services without a dedicated funding source.
