The voluntary bar associations in the 19th Judicial Circuit played their annual softball tournament October 16 at Sandhill Crane Park in Port St. Lucie. The Martin County Bar Association won both of their games against the St. Lucie County Bar Association and the Indian River County Bar Association. The games were umpired by Chief Judge Tony Schwab and Senior Judge Bob Pegg. After a spirited morning of competition, the three teams sat down and enjoyed a barbeque lunch together to promote circuit unity. The three team captains, Lillian Ewen (SLCBA), Adam Schwartz (MCBA), and Dane Ullian (IRCBA) worked together to orchestrate the event.
