Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Eric Andrew Mader has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

Mader was suspended for 91 days, effective June 18, 2014, for improperly soliciting business, failing to properly supervise nonlawyers, resulting in the unlicensed practice of law, and charging and collecting improper fees from clients. On May 19, 2016, Mader was suspended for three years, nunc pro tunc to June 18, 2014, for mismanagement of client funds and violation of trust accounting rules. If reinstated, Mader is to be placed on probation for three years, to include the condition that he make restitution to all clients listed in Case No. SC13-1883.
