Nikki Ann Clark

Leon County Clerk Gwen Marshall, in collaboration with the Tallahassee Bar Association, unveiled a new Low Bono Center in a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Leon County Courthouse April 19.

Named in honor of Nikki A. Clark, a former Second Circuit and First District Court of Appeal judge, the center is an expansion of the clerk’s self-help services, developed to assist citizens who either do not have an attorney or cannot afford one.
