Navigation Legislative funding for ‘critical due process resources’ paying dividends

Some chief judges and court administrators say the Legislature’s $21.8 million investment in “critical due process resources” is already making a difference.
“In my view, it’s making a difference really quickly in areas that are critical,” said 15th Judicial Circuit Chief Judge Glenn Kelley.
