Making death threats against justices, judicial assistants, court clerks and court clerk personnel could soon be a crime under a measure that is headed to the governor’s desk.
The Senate voted 34-0 on May 1 to give final legislative approval to HB 67 by Rep. Mike Gottlieb, D-Plantation.
