Navigation Ladis honored with Johnnie M. Ridgely President’s Award

The Miami-Dade Bar Association recently honored Karen Josefsberg Ladis with its Johnnie M. Ridgely President’s Award for her long-time service on behalf of countless underprivileged residents who needed legal help.
Ladis is the executive director of the Miami-Dade Legal Aid Society. She joined the agency in 1991 as coordinator of Put Something Back Pro Bono Project, the official pro bono project of the 11th Circuit and Dade Legal Aid. She became the executive director in 2014.
