Florida Supreme Court Justice Carlos Muñiz was retained in office by a near two-to-one margin in the November 3 merit retention judicial elections.

In addition, all 23 district court of appeal judges up for merit retention easily were retained by Florida voters.

Balloting also saw four circuit court and three county court judgeship runoff races resolved.
