Hurricane Sally claims Emmanuel Sheppard and Condon’s Perdido Key office

Emmanuel Sheppard and Condon lost its Perdido Key office due to damages sustained from Hurricane Sally.

The office, located at 14508 Perdido Key Drive, has been opened since May of 2018.

The building, leased by ESC, suffered wind and water damages and is beyond repair. Firm staff who worked out of the Perdido Key office have been relocated to other offices or are working remotely.
