Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Michael Christopher Grieco has petitioned the Supreme Court of Florida for Bar reinstatement.

Grieco was suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year by order of the Supreme Court of Florida dated June 27, 2024, for violation of Rule 3-4.3 (A lawyer shall not commit any act that is unlawful or contrary to honesty and justice), Rule 4-8.4(b) (A lawyer shall not commit a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects),and Rule 4-8.4(c) (Prohibition from engaging in conduct involving, dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation).
