Navigation Governor appoints two county clerks and comptrollers
Juan Fernandez-Barquin being sworn in as Miami-Dade County Clerk of the Court and Comptroller.
Three-term Republican Rep. Juan Fernandez-Barquin was tapped by Gov. Ron DeSantis to be the new Miami-Dade County Clerk of the Court and Comptroller and was sworn in June 12.
Through a press release, Fernandez-Barquin said representing West Kendall in House District 118 was a privilege and he now looks forward to serving his constituents at a county level.
