Justin Edward Gould of Miami Beach has submitted an application with the Florida Board of Bar Examiners for Bar readmission.

Gould was disbarred in 2009 pursuant to order SC09-452, for failure to provide competent representation; failure to act with reasonable diligence and promptness; knowingly making false statements of material fact in connection with a Bar disciplinary matter; and engaging in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation.

The Board of Bar Examiners will conduct a public hearing on Gould’s application for readmission on October 22.
