Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, David S. Glasserman of Miami has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

By order of the Supreme Court of Florida dated June 29, 1989, petitioner was placed on the inactive list for incapacity not related to misconduct.  By order of the Supreme Court of Florida dated December 13, 1990, petitioner was suspended for a period of 91-days for neglect of a client, trust account violations, criminal misconduct, signing certain settlement drafts without authorization, and engaging in the unlicensed practice of law.
