Navigation Gilbert petitions for Bar readmission
Randall Gilbert of Plantation has submitted an application for readmission to The Florida Bar.
Gilbert was disbarred pursuant to the Supreme Court’s Order of SC15-2004 for failing to properly supervise the firm’s trust account, and a nonlawyer employee who had a criminal past.
The Florida Board of Bar Examiners will conduct a public hearing on Gilbert’s application for readmission. All members of the Bar are invited to write to the board regarding their knowledge of Gilbert, particularly in relation to his character and fitness for readmission.
