Navigation Full House to take up bill to address clerks’ funding issues

The second step in a multi-year plan for shoring up the finances of Florida’s clerks of court — without raising filing fees — is headed to the House floor.
The House Appropriations Committee voted unanimously February 22 to approve HB 397 by Rep. Chuck Clemmons, R-Jonesville. The measure cleared its two previous committees without a negative vote.
