Navigation FRLS launches Pro Bono on Demand virtual clinic
Florida Rural Legal Services has launched “Pro Bono on Demand,” a virtual clinic offering Florida Bar-licensed family law attorneys a way to volunteer remotely.
“Pro Bono on Demand removes the barriers that often prevent busy attorneys from engaging in volunteer work,” said Britt Berg, pro bono manager at FRLS. “There’s no travel, no ongoing case management, and full malpractice coverage. It’s as simple as choosing a time slot and showing up ready to help.”
FRLS invites family law attorneys across Florida to provide pro bono legal advice to Florida’s farmworkers and low-income clients in the 10th 12th, 15th,19th, and 20th judicial circuits who are navigating issues such as custody, child support, divorce, and protection.
