Five months after the COVID-19 pandemic forced most of Florida’s court proceedings to be conducted remotely, experts say that lawyers are still adjusting to the technology.

“The number one example that comes to mind is that lawyers don’t have proper lighting,” said Ft. Lauderdale attorney Eric Rosen, founder of Rosen Injury Law, P.A. “It can make a dramatic difference with the way you present yourself.”
