Navigation Fourth DCA has a judicial opening
Gov. Ron DeSantis has convened the Judicial Nominating Commission for the Fourth District Court of Appeal to provide him with names of qualified lawyers for appointment to the Fourth DCA.
The appointment is to fill the vacancy created by the confirmation of Judge Ed Artau to the U.S. District Court for the Southern of Florida.
Applicants must meet the qualifications for district court judges described in Article V, Section 8 of the Florida Constitution. The commission requests that interested candidates submit an application for consideration.
