The Fourth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission on September 2 interviewed 10 applicants to fill a new circuit judgeship created by the enactment of SB 2508.

Following deliberations, the commission nominates the following six individuals (in alphabetical order and without any preference) to Gov. Ron DeSantis:
