Navigation Foundation works to implement new IOTA rules

The Florida Bar Foundation is working to comply with new rules governing the collection and disbursement of IOTA funds.
The changes to Bar rules on IOTA funds stemmed from recommendations from the Supreme Court’s Task Force on the Distribution of IOTA Funds. The amendments were approved by the Supreme Court on June 18 and became effective with the July 1 start of the 2021-22 fiscal year.
