Justices earlier this month set a September 30 deadline for public comment in In Re: Amendments to Florida Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration 2.530 and 2.540, Case No. SC2025-0725.
In its petition, the Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration Committee proposes, among other things, an amendment to Rule 2.530 (Remote Technology).
