The Florida Courts E-Filing Authority issued the following update regarding preparations ahead of Hurricane Helene:
Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers (FCCC), the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal’s contract vendor for portal management, is actively working to ensure business continuity for the portal throughout the storm.
In anticipation of potential impacts, FCCC has activated disaster recovery protocols and is pre-positioning technical teams and resources to maintain portal connectivity if necessary.
