The Florida Board of Bar Examiners recently honored its staff at its annual longevity and merit awards luncheon in Tallahassee. Executive Director Michele Gavagni lauded her staff for their dedication and hard work. Board of Bar Examiners Chair Mindy McNichols said the work of the examiners’ professional staff is “crucial to our mission . . . of ensuring the competence and character of attorneys being admitted to the Bar.”
Expressing profound gratitude for their indispensable role in maintaining the standards of competence and integrity within The Florida Bar, Mindy McNichols, chair of the Board of Bar Examiners, commended the board’s dedicated professional staff for their invaluable contributions.
Addressing the assembled Florida Board of Bar Examiners staff at its annual appreciation luncheon on March 21 in Tallahassee, McNichols emphasized their significance, stating, “Today, I just want you to know . . . you are not invisible to us as a board. You are truly, as the saying goes, the wind behind the board’s wings. You are crucial to our mission . . . of ensuring the competence and character of attorneys being admitted to the Bar and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
