The Florida Board of Bar Examiners, with the approval of the Supreme Court, announces that the administration of the General Bar Examination scheduled for July 27-28 will be administered remotely.

The board successfully administered the examination remotely using ExamSoft Worldwide software on February 23-24 to 1,854 applicants. The board will use ExamSoft to administer the July 2021 examination.

The July 2021 Bar Examination will be administered over two days and will include Part A, the Florida-prepared portion of the examination, and Part B, the Multistate Bar Examination (MBE). Part A will include three essay questions and 100 multiple-choice questions. The MBE will include 200 multiple-choice questions. Part A will be administered on Tuesday, July 27, and Part B will be administered on Wednesday, July 28.
