Navigation FFLA public member director applications now open
FFLA, formerly known as The Florida Bar Foundation, is seeking applicants for public member directors for three-year terms starting on July 1.
In accordance with its Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation, there shall be no fewer than two or more than four public members, who shall not be lawyers, to be selected by the joint nominating committee of FFLA and The Florida Bar. Membership on such joint nominating committee shall be comprised of three directors of FFLA appointed by the president of FFLA and three members of the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar appointed by the president of The Florida Bar.
Applications for these positions can be completed at https://fundingfla.org/about-ffla/ffla-board-of-directors/. They can also be requested from FFLA, 175 Lookout Place, Suite 100, Maitland 32751, or 800-541-2195. Completed applications for these seats must be received by FFLA by May 15.
