Elaine T. Silver of Lake Mary, a past president of the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals, was presented with the Thomas Behan Award for Excellence in Collaborative Divorce practice by the Collaborative Family Law Group of Central Florida/Central Florida Collaborative Divorce.

Christina (Christy) O’Brien and Kayla Richmond of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt in Ft. Myers presented, “Raising the Bar,” focused on fostering professionalism and civility in family law, addressing challenges such as discovery disputes, communication with opposing counsel, and peacemaking strategies at an Association of Family Law Professionals luncheon.

Frank Fratello of Farah & Farah has been inducted into the Florida Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
