Aggressive Case Management

Second District Court of Appeal Chief Judge Robert Morris is one of our own in Hillsborough County and is a fair-minded jurist. We concur with him that cases at bar should be prosecuted timely through effective case management.

Effective judicial supervision of the case winnows out the weaker cases by forcing litigants to confront the trial issues in the case and to either settle or withdraw the cases as appropriate.
