Navigation Eade, Schwartz, and Drake seek to serve as senior judges
Former Circuit Judge Richard D. Eade of the 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida, former Circuit Judge Lawrence A. Schwartz of the 11th Circuit of Florida, and former Duval County Court Judge Pauline M. Drake of the Fourth Circuit wish to serve as senior judges.
Any persons having knowledge bearing upon the fitness or qualifications of these judges to serve as senior judges should send, on or before June 15, written comments to John A. Tomasino, Clerk, Florida Supreme Court, 500 South Duval Street, Tallahassee 32399, or by e-mail to seniorjudge@flcourts.org.
