Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Colleen Marie Dunne has petitioned the Florida Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

Dunne was suspended for one year by an order of the Supreme Court dated January 16, 2020, for violation of Rules 4-3.3 (Candor Toward the Tribunal); 4-4.1 (Transactions with Persons Other than Clients; Truthfulness in Statements to Others); and 4-8.4(d) (A lawyer shall not engage in conduct in connection with the practice of law that is prejudicial to the administration of justice). In addition, petitioner was subsequently suspended for an additional 15 months, effective nunc pro tunc January 5, 2022, by order of the Supreme Court dated November 10, 2022, for violation of Rules 4-3.3 (Candor Toward the Tribunal); and 4-8.4(c) (A lawyer shall not engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation) of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
