A four-hour CLE covering a range of topics pertinent to administrative law and environmental regulation is planned for January 29 at Southwest Florida Water Management District office in Tampa.

Sponsored by the Division of Administrative Hearings and the Bar’s Administrative Law Section, the 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. event is free and open to all.

The agenda includes an introduction to SWFWMD and its three main program areas, presented by Deputy General Counsel Elizabeth Fernandez and agency program area managers. The next sessions address the agency’s rulemaking obligations relevant to Florida’s water resources and includes a stormwater management demonstration guided by Chief Engineer Martin Russum.
