The Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH), recently added three new administrative law judges, including:

Jenifer Fortenberry, who received her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida. Subsequently, she received a Master of Science in Risk Management and Insurance from the Florida State University. Fortenberry previously practiced law in the private sector in an insurance defense firm and in the public sector prosecuting claims by a state agency against insurance companies. She comes to DOAH from the Florida House of Representatives where she has been an attorney/analyst.

Meredith Hinshelwood, who received her undergraduate degree from the Florida State University and law degree from the Florida State University College of Law. Hinshelwood previously served as an assistant public defender where she acted as lead and co-counsel in trials and handled criminal appeals for the Office of the Attorney General. She has also been involved in rulemaking for state agencies. She comes to DOAH from the Florida House of Representatives where she has been an attorney and policy chief.
